A unique park just outside of Sioux Falls. Hike along the scenic Split Rock Creek and see where the notorious Wild West outlaw, Jesse James and his horse, supposedly jumped the gorge to get away from the justice in hot pursuit after a bank raid.
Blue Mound State Park is just over the state line from South Dakota in Minnesota and the hometown of Chad's father, Richard. It is about a 20-minute drive from Sioux Falls where you can Va bison herd and walk amongst the prairie flowers and grasses.
Don't forget to go to the very back to check out the vintage and collectibles (and in a lot of cases oddities). There are stirs in this part of the building.
